Web Based Renewal Information
This is going to sound much more complicated than it really is, but I want you to know just what web based renewal entails before you do it. First, you will go to a simple web based form. All required fields are in red. For renewing, fill out the required fields plus only the fields which have changed since your last WOR renewal. After submitting the application form, you will pay your membership fees with a credit card via the PayPal web payment service. PayPal is a service that lets any 2 PayPal account holders pay each other via credit card without having to set up messy, expensive merchant credit card accounts. If you already have a PayPal account, you're all set. If you don't, you will have an opportunity to set one up as part of submitting your WOR application payment. You must be a PayPal account holder to use web based application/renewal. Sorry to require this, but PayPal is the easiest and cheapest way for WOR to provide this service.

After you have completed the WOR and PayPal forms, PayPal will send you an email payment receipt. This email will also give you the opportunity to "verify" your PayPal account by providing a bank account number. You can do this or ignore it, WOR gets your renewal fee either way.

Once you have completed the Application and Payment forms, email will be automagically sent to the WOR containing your application and payment information. The total dollar amounts in both emails must agree and all required information must be provided or your application will not be valid. If everything is valid, a final check will be run against the USHPA database to ensure you are a valid USHPA member and ratings are appropriate for the priveleges you are requesting. Once all this is done, the usual cards and stickers will be snail mailed to you.
