Dear pilots,

Windy Hill is now open to flying activities.  Unfortunately, the missing hiker has still not been located.  There may still be periodic drone and aircraft activity; please be vigilant when flying, and check for NOTAMs that may be posted if any activity is anticipated, though there may still be activity even if there is no NOTAM posted.
